I have a BSc Hons in Town Planning Studies (2:1, 1992) and Diploma (Dist. 1994) from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, and have been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1996. I started my planning career in local government in Somerset, moved on to London to be part of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project for St Pancras Station, then came back west in 2000 to embrace the consultancy world in Bristol, where I’ve since taken root.

I adore the West Country and its cultural diversity and feel very privileged to live and work here. I love writing, the sea, music and dancing and am a seasoned festival goer.
